Teaching Complex History: Best Practices in Holocaust Education
Holocaust education has never been more vital, but with limited instructional time, teachers are often left wondering how to incorporate this important history into their curriculum in the most effective way. Join the Nancy & David Wolf Holocaust and Humanity Center for an interactive session on best practices in Holocaust education. Whether you have a day, a week, a month or an entire semester to teach the Holocaust, you will leave with an effective framework for navigating this complex history as well as other ‘hard histories.’ This session includes a workshop along with a guided tour of the Center’s interactive, award-winning museum at historic Union Terminal.

Participants will receive a certificate for two Continuing Education Unit (CEU) contact hours.
